The “Information and Experience Sharing Program” organized in cooperation with Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) and the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA), between 14 and 21 May 2017 for the Kyrgyz Presidential Administration Unit Managers completed.
The delegation under the presidency of First Deputy Chairman of Kyrgyz Republic Presidential Administration Renat Tuleberdiev was attended by Vice President of Presidential Administration Talaibek Karybekov, Director of ‘Ala Arca Natural Park’ Marat Kasymbaev, No: 2 Director of the Prime Minister ‘Maksatbek Shabdanbaev, Director of ‘Kırgızistroyservis’ Adylbek Ismailov, Director of Department of State Buildings Ashym Estebesov, Director of State Sports Complex Adylbek Ibraimov, Director of State Hospital Gulmira Baitova, Director of Accounts Department Nuriia Mamyrova, Director of Economics Zhyparkul Ryskulova, Director of State Purchasing Ilgiz Tapaev, Head of National Masters Union Sultanbek Makashov, Director of Legal Affairs Kutman Mamyrov, Manager of Telecommunication and Information Department Amanat Karagulov and Manager of Human Resources Department Magira Tynalieva.
Delegation Visited TDBB on the first Day of Program
On the first day of the program, on 17 May 2017, the delegation visited the Istanbul Fatih Region Public Hospitals Union, where a field trip was held after the presentation on “Turkish Public Hospitals Institution”. The delegation then visited TDBB. In addition to the delegation, Zeytinburnu Mayor Murat Aydin, Kyrgyz Consul General in İstanbul Erkin Sopokov and Secretary General of TDBB Fahri Solak attended the meeting. Secretary General of TDBB Fahri Solak gave information about the activities of TDBB. Expressing their pleasure for welcoming them in TDBB, Solak stated that they collaborated with Kyrgyzstan on a number of projects. Solak also congratulated Erkin Sopokov, the Kyrgyz Consul General in Istanbul, who has just started his duty. Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Renat Tuleberdiev, First Deputy Chairman of Kyrgyz Presidential Administration, expressed their satisfaction for being in the TDBB and thanked the TDBB for their interest and relevance.
After TDBB visit the delegation visited the Prime Ministry’s TOKİ Istanbul Service Building, where a field trip was held after the presentation on “Mass Housing Projects”.
On the second day of the program, the Department Managers of Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan visited Sports Istanbul and a presentation on ‘Sports Services and Activities of Municipalities’ was presented and site visit was made. On the same day, Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism was visited and a presentation on “Tourism Activities Carried Out in Istanbul” was watched and Basilica Cistern and the historical half island trip were made.
Certificate Ceremony Performed
On the second day of the program dinner and certificate ceremony was held at Zeytinburnu Belgradkapı Facilities. Ceremony was attended by Zeytinburnu Mayor Murat Aydın, Kyrgyz Consul General in İstanbul Erkin Sopokov, TDBB Secretary General Fahri Solak, Kyrgyzstan Presidential Administration Delegation and TDBB employees. President Aydin said in his speech, “Thank you very much for coming here from our sister country Kyrgyzstan and being our guest. I also thank TDBB for making such an important program. I hope the program will be very useful for you. We will be pleased to welcome you again. Know that you have brothers who love you in Istanbul Zeytinburnu. Thank you for coming”. After the award of the certificates, the ceremony ended with gift exchange and collective photo shoot.
On the third day of the program, the delegation visited the Istanbul Regional Directorate of Nature Conservation and National Parks, followed by a presentation titled “Studies on Forest Presence and National Parks in Istanbul” and then visited Atatürk Arboretum as a field trip. On the same day, after the lunch, the delegation visited Giyim Kent and the presentation and site visit were made.
On Saturday, 20 May 2017, the last day of the program, Istanbul Culture Tour was held.
The program ended with the delegation returning to their country on Sunday, May 21, 2017.
