The November Executive Board Meeting of the Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) was held at the Union headquarters in Istanbul on 24 November 2023.

Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic Nurlanbek Azygaliev and his accompanying MPs visited Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB). During the meeting, TDBB's Kyrgyzstan activities, ongoing projects and new cooperation opportunities were evaluated.

"6th International Turkish World Science and Culture Festival", of which the Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) is among the supporting organizations, was organized by the Turkish World Children's Foundation (TDÇV) in the Republic of Turkey. In cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Ministry of National Education (MEB), Ankara Governorship, TURKSOY, Turkish Cooperation Coordination Agency (TIKA), Turkish Maarif Foundation, Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) and Turkish Airlines (THY), It was held in Ankara on 20-22 November 2023 and hosted by Mamak Municipality.

Zivinice Mayor Began Muhiç, one of the Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) Bosnia and Herzegovina Members, and his accompanying delegation visited TDBB on 8 November 2023. The delegation met with General Secretary Fahri Solak at the Union Headquarters.

The 15th anniversary of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkish States, TURKPA, one of the cooperation organizations of the Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB), was celebrated with a program held in Baku. Secretary General Fahri Solak attended the program on behalf of TDBB.

Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) Membership Certificates were presented to Lebanese Member Municipalities at a ceremony. The Ceremony was held on 9 November 2023 at the headquarters of Lebanon Dannieh Municipalities Union. The membership certificates were presented by Mohamad Saadie, President of the Union of Dannieh Municipalities the board member of TDBB. Mayors or Deputy Mayors of 20 Municipalities from Lebanon that are members of TDBB attended the ceremony.

Zivinice Municipality, one of the Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) Bosnia and Herzegovina members, and Kütahya Municipality became sister cities with the protocol signed in Kütahya on November 7, 2023.
