The project of construction of football, volleyball, basketball courts and playground for children, carried out by Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB), in cooperation with the Bosnia-Herzegovina Federation Ministry of Migration and Displaced Persons and Kotor Varos Municipality, was delivered with a ceremony held on November 4, 2021.

Bosnia and Herzegovina ‘Zvornik Kamenica Martyrdom Monument Project’, realized in cooperation with Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) and Karatay Municipality, was completed and delivered with a ceremony held on 5 November 2021.

“Korkut Ata Turkic World Film Festival” Award Ceremony, organized by Ministry of Culture and Tourism and supported by Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) in addition to other partner institutions, was held on 12 November 2021 at Atatürk Cultural Center (AKM) in Istanbul.

Azamat Camankulov, Minister of Culture, Tourism and Information of the Kyrgyz Republic, and his delegation, who were in Istanbul for the Korkut Ata Turkish World Film Festival, visited the Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) on 13 November 2021.

Organized in cooperation with the Turkish World Children’s Foundation (TDÇV) and the Ministry of Innovative Development of Uzbekistan, where the Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) is also among the supporting organizations, 5. International Turkish World Science and Culture Festival was held on 24-26 November 2021 in Tashkent, the Capital of Uzbekistan. The festival was participated by a large number of children from more than 20 countries.

Bosnia and Herzegovina ‘Trebinje Jupa Mosque Roof Restoration Project’, carried out in cooperation with Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) and Karatay Municipality, was completed and the mosque was opened to worship with a ceremony held on 6 November 2021.

The training program on “Private Sector Contribution to Inclusive and Sustainable City Management”, organized in cooperation with the Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB), UNDP IICPSD and Association of Albanian Municipalities (AAM), with the contributions of UCLG-MEWA and Kibar Holding, was held on 23-24 November 2021 by video conference method. The program was participated by Local administrators and experts from different municipalities of Albania.

Kazakhstan’s Turkistan Municipality Deputy Mayor Aliya Şalkarova and her accompanying delegation, who were in Istanbul for Korkut Ata Turkish World Film Festival, visited the Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) on 13 November 2021.

The delegation of Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB), which went to Bosnia and Herzegovina for the project deliveries and the sister city signing ceremony, made various visits on 4-7 November 2021 besides the ceremonies within the scope of the program.

Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) November Executive Board Meeting was held in Bursa on 20 November 2021 hosted by Osmangazi Municipality.

Voters in Kosovo went to the polls to choose the new mayor and councilors. The first round of the elections was held on October 17, 2021, and the second round was held on Sunday, November 14, 2021. 1 million 885 thousand 448 registered voters in Kosovo cast their votes in 2,477 ballot boxes.

Under the coordination of the Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB), Karatay Municipality and Teocak Municipality of Bosnia and Herzegovina signed a sister city protocol with a ceremony held in Teocak on 5 November 2021.
