The “Mongolian Local Administrators Knowledge and Experience Sharing Program,” organized by the Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) in cooperation with Selçuklu Municipality, was held in Konya on September 22-25, 2025.

Participants included Dashzeveg Nayanbayar, Mayor of Nalaikh; Tseveenjav Erbol, Member of Nalaikh Municipal Council; Enkhbaatar Munkhzul, Member of Nalaikh Municipal Council; Amar Tugserdene, Member of Nalaikh Municipal Council; Bayarsaikhan Ganchimeg, Member of Nalaikh Municipal Council; Batzorig Battuya, Member of Ulaanbaatar Municipal Council; Tuya Iderbayar, Member of Ulaanbaatar Municipal Council; Purevdorj Yanzhinlkham, Secretary General of the Association of Mongolian Local Authorities; and Erdeneochir Tumur, Director of Foreign Relations of the Association of Mongolian Local Authorities.

On the first day, the delegation visited Selçuklu Mayor Ahmet Pekyatırmacı. Afterwards, a “Sister City Protocol” was signed between Selçuklu Municipality and Nalaikh Municipality at Selçuklu Congress Center by Mayor Ahmet Pekyatırmacı and Mayor Dashzeveg Nayanbayar. The delegation also toured the Congress Center and Selçuklu Art Academy on the same day.

On September 23, 2025, the delegation visited the Konya Science Center, the Athlete Selection and Training Center, Selçuklu Fine Arts High School, and the Selçuklu Compost Production Facility.

The program continued with visits to Konya Tropical Butterfly Garden, the Historical Sille District (Sille Museum, Aya Eleni Church), Sille Dam and Nature School, Konya Panorama Museum, Mevlana Museum, and the Historical Altın Bazaar for a Sema ceremony.

On September 25, 2025, the delegation visited the New Generation City Library, Beyhekim Development and Technology Academy, and the Ahmet Keleşoğlu Art and Design Workshop.

The program concluded with the delegation’s visit to Istanbul’s historical and cultural sites on September 26–28, 2025, followed by their return to Mongolia.
