Organized in cooperation with Macedonian member of Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) Radovic Municipality and the East Macedonian Turks Association, “15th Traditional Yörük Festival” was held on July 31, 2023 in the Turkish village Topolnica, in the city of Radovic.
The festival was attended by Macedonian Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Policies Enver Hussein, former Minister of State Hadi Nezir, Macedonian Parliament Member Dr. Enis Beycan, Yalova (Turkey) Deputy Ahmet Büyükgümüş, Mayor of Ergene (Turkey) Rasim Yüksel, Chairman of Yalova Special Provincial Administration Assembly Hasan Soygüzel, Deputy Mayor of Radovic Municipality Enis Ömer, TDBB Foreign Relations Expert Esra Güzelyazıcı, local administrators, representatives of non-governmental organizations and many guests.
After the opening and well wishes speeches made by the protocol, a rich program was held, from sports competitions to performances by cultural and artistic ensembles and a concert by a musical group from Turkey.
The festival program was concluded with the awarding of plaques of appreciation to the supporting institutions and a group photo taken to commemorate the day.
