On behalf of Kyrgyz delegation, Kirov State University Head of Pedagogy Toktobubu Orusbaeva said that “Nurseries’ in Turkey was like 20 percent rate in 2005, but today this number has increased to 80 percent. This shows that there has been a great deal of investment in education in 15-years’ time. We have observed that schools we have visited have really good classes and they have small numbers of students in classes. We gained different experiences in the schools we visited. To illustrate, Bakırköy Adalet Nursery and Esenler Dede Torun (Grandfather and Grandchild) Life Center are the examples which we don’t have in our country. We would like to actualize these experiences in Kyrgyzstan. We love Turkey very much; Turkey is our brother country. We feel like at home in Turkey. I would like to thank TDBB to organize this program. It was a really beneficial and good program.”

After the speech, the participation certificates were given to the delegation.

The program was concluded with participants’ return to Kyrgyzstan after Istanbul city tour held in 17 February 2018, Saturday.
