Inegöl Municipality International Culture Art Festival, which was carried out for the 30th time by Inegöl Municipality, one of the members of Union of Turkish World Municipalities, took place in Bursa Inegöl between 14 and 23 July 2017.

In 30th Culture Art Festival, 11 international groups and 8 local foundations took the stage. While international groups from Adige, Bashkortostan Autonomous Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and Macedonia livened up the festival, 8 local groups like Bayburt Cultural Foundation, Şavşat Cultural Foundation, Rumelia Cultural Foundation, Caucasia Folklore and Cultural Foundation, Bal-Göç Cultural Foundation, Roman Cultural Foundation, Ertuğrulgazi Cultural Foundation and Meskhetian Turks Cultural Foundation performed shows on the stage.

Folk Dances Competition

“Golden Furniture Folk Dances Competition”, which was organized for the 5th time within the framework of 30th International Culture Art Festival by Inegöl Municipality, was realized with great joy. During the competition where all groups showed their performances, group from Macedonia became the first according to the decision of the jury. While Adige became the second and Kyrgyzstan the third, Kosovo got the honorable mention.

Sister Cities were welcomed in Inegöl

Besides within the concept of the festival, the mayors of the sister cities of Inegöl Municipality were hosted in Inegöl. The festival in Inegöl was attended by Mayor of Tahtamukay Ali Neuzhrok from Republic of Adige, Mayor of Donji Vakuf Huso Susiç from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Deputy Mayors of Mitroviça Erol Zekeriya and Faruk Muyka from Kosovo.

The festival finished on Sunday night with the concert of Mustafa Keser. Making a short speech at the last day of the festival, Mayor of Inegöl Alinur Aktaş said, “We had a very enjoyable festival for ten days. The main goal of the festival was unity and solidarity. Our country and world need this. We saw all colors of the world. It was a really nice festival. I thank to all who supported.”
