Member of Administrative Board of Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) and Mayor of Keçiören Mustafa Ak, welcomed performers coming from Turkic Republics to attend the celebrations of 25th Anniversary of Independence of Turkic Republics and also October 3 Turkish Speaking Countries Cooperation Day, in Esztergom Castle.
Mayor Ak hosted the performers of Folkloric Instruments Orchestrate who gave concert in Ankara namely “25th Year Gala Concert” for the celebrations of 25th Anniversary of Independence of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, in a dinner organization in Örenköşk. The dinner ceremony was also attended by Mustafa Ak and Secretary General of TÜRKSOY Düsen Kaseinov, in addition to the performers.
Starting his speech saying “I am very happy to host you here in Keçiören after your pleasant concert. Welcome all”, Ak thanked all the performers who showed effort for the concert tour. Stating that Keçiören has a large district of 900.000 population, Ak added “We have sister cities in Turkish World. We are making joint projects with different institutions and embassies and continue to make.”
On the other hand Kaseinov stated his gladness to be hosted by Keçiören Municipality as a cooperative institution in many projects and continued, “I thank Mayor Ak, who celebrated our October 3 Language Festival and hosted us very well, for his supports to us.”
After the dinner ceremony, the program ended with the presentation of thanking certificates to the orchestrate performers and shooting of group photo.
