Network of Associations and of Local Authorities of South-East Europe (NALAS) General Assembly was held in Kosovo’s capital Pristina, on 14-15 April 2016. General meeting was attended by representatives of local governments and local government associations from 13 countries of South-East Europe (SEE).
Before General Assembly was started also there was thematic session on Increasing Municipal Investment Capacities in SEE. Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) was represented by members of Advisory Board, Prof. Dr. Salih Aynural and former NALAS President Mr. Özgen Keskin.
