Administrative Board of Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) was received by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Under the chairmanship of TDBB’s President İbrahim Karaosmanoğlu, the meeting held in Presidential Palace was participated by the members of TDBB Administrative Board who are; Yücel Çelikbilek (Mayor of Beykoz), Murat Aydın (Mayor of Zeytinburnu), Mustafa Ak (Mayor of Keçiören), Mehmet Tahmazoğlu (Mayor of Şahinbey), Uğur İbrahim Altay (Mayor of Selçuklu), Alaaddin Yılmaz (Mayor of Bolu), Selim Yağcı (Mayor of Bilecik), Hüseyin Üzülmez (Mayor of Kartepe), Ali İnci (Mayor of Hendek), Ahmet Misbah Demircan (Mayor of Beyoğlu) and TDBB Secretary General Fahri Solak.
During the meeting, which was also participated by Secretary General of Presidency Fahri Kasırga, President of TDBB and also Mayor of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality gave detailed information about the activities and the projects of TDBB to President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
President Erdoğan pointed out that the relations with Turkic Republics and Relative Communities had been developing gradually and that he showed special sensitivity to this area and stated that TDBB had an important role for the multi-directional development of relations concerning local governments.
The meeting ended with presenting the gifts and photo-taking.
