Keçiören Municipality Became Sister City With Stirling City
Edinburgh Turkish Friendship Association with the support of The Union of Turkish World Municipalities(TDBB) and by the Ankara Keçiören Municipality panel discussions, concerts, and was held a sister city protocol program at April 7 2013
