The Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) has been carried out many projects as a result of developing relations with Balkan countries. The school’s restoration project which was restored in Srebrenik that is a member municipality of TDBB from Bosnia and Herzegovina was opened on 1 November 2019 with a ceremony.

The opening ceremony was attended by TDBB Secretary General Fahri Solak, Deputy Mayor of Beykoz Manolya Demirören, Deputy Mayor of Zeytinburnu Osman Dinç and School Manager of Srebrenik Rapatnica Zehrudin Muhedinovic.

 Cooperation Agreement of “Rapatnica Primary School Restoration Project” was signed between President of TDBB İbrahim Karaosmanoğlu and Manager of Srebrenik Rapatnica Primary School Zehrudin Muhedinovic at TDBB 2019 January Administrative Board Meeting and then necessary process for the project has been started.

Rapatnica Primary School has 450 students and it is the oldest and biggest school of Srebrenik.

Srebrenik is a municipality in Tuzla Canton of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is located in the northeast of Bosnia and Herzegovina. According to the 2013 census, the population of Srebrenik is 39,678.

Construction of Islamic Union Restoration Project and Turkish Class Protocol was Signed

Within the framework of Bosnia and Herzegovina visits, Cooperation Agreement for ‘Construction of Islamic Union Restoration Project’ in Klyuc was signed between TDBB Secretary General Fahri Solak and officials from Islamic Union.

Another important job to do during the Bosnia and Herzegovina visit is to sign Cooperation Agreement for Yablonitsa Sulyo Çiliç Primary School Turkish Class. This class will be making in cooperation with TDBB and Bağcılar Municipality.

Moreover, TDBB Delegation also visited the area of Doboj-Doboj Istok Friendship Bridge and examined the ongoing works.
