Opening Concert of ‘Kazakhstan Culture Days’ that was held in Ankara to commemorate 25 years of diplomatic ties between Turkey and Kazakhstan was hosted by Keçiören Municipality on October 20, 2017.
Beside Mayor of Keçiören Municipality Mustafa Ak, Deputy Minister for Culture and Tourism Hüseyin Yayman, Deputy Minister for Kazakhstan Culture and Sport Aktoty R. Raimkulova, Ambassador of Kazakhstan in Turkey Abzal Saparbekuly, former Minister of Health Halil Şıvgın, Secretary General of TÜRKSOY Düsen Kaseinov, Governor of Keçiören Uğur Bulut and other invitees were present at concert ceremony that was held at Yunus Emre Culture Center.
Before the concert program was performed by famous Kazakh artist Arslanbek Sultanbekov, Saltanat Dance Ensemble, Kazakh National Art University Folklore Group and Kazakh artists, opening of photo exhibition about Kazakhstan was held.
In the night where Kazakh dances and music were presented, the Dombra song of Arslanbek Sultanbekov received a great applause.
During the program, Mayor of Keçiören Mustafa Ak, Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Hüseyin Yayman, Deputy Minister Culture and Sports of Kazakhstan Aktoty R. Raimkulova, Ambassador of Kazakhstan in Turkey Abzal Saparbekuly pointed out the historical and cultural common values between the two countries and underlined the importance of cooperation and solidarity.
At the end of the night the program was completed with the introduction of mutual gifts and plaques and family photo shoots.
