One of the cooperative institutions of TDBB, United Cities and Local Governments Middle East and West Asia Section (UCLG-MEWA)’s Workshop “Opening Channels” organized in corporation with Foundation for Political, Economic and Social Research (SETA) was held on 26 February 2015 with the context of culture-art problem of local governments.
